Noel Guiden
Noel has been involved in the
profession as a
Legal
Costs Accountant for in excess of 30 years
and
is the managing partner of the firm. He is a Fellow of the Institute
of Legal Costs Accountants and a current member of the Institute’s
Council. He has extensive experience in respect of all aspects of
legal costs with a particular specialised knowledge of medical
negligence and other catastrophic personal injury cases, commercial,
liquidations and tribunal matters.

John Sludds
John
is a partner in the firm and has been with the firm for in excess of 25 years. He is a Fellow of
Institute
of
Legal Costs Accountants and a former member of the Institute’s
Council. He is vastly experienced in respect of all aspects of legal
costs with a particular emphasis on professional negligence, product
liability, commercial, judicial review and personal injury cases.

Paul Conlon
Paul
is a partner in the firm and has an extensive knowledge of legal
costs with defamation and libel being a particular speciality. He
also has extensive experience and knowledge of costs in respect of
personal injury, injunctions and professional negligence cases. Paul
has been with the firm for in excess of 20 years and is a Fellow of
the Institute of Legal Costs Accountants. He is a former member of
the Council of the Institute of Legal Costs Accountants.

Aidan O'Connor
Aidan
is a partner in the firm and has been with the firm since 1997. He
is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Costs Accountants and a former
member of the Institute’s Council. He has a broad, extensive
knowledge of all aspects of legal costs with personal injury,
judicial review, family law and tribunal costs being a particular
speciality.

Shane Galligan
Shane
is a partner in the firm and has been with the firm since 1998. He
is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Costs Accountants and is a
current member of the Institute’s Council. He is also a member of
the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is vastly experienced in
all aspects of legal costs with a particular interest in arbitration,
commercial, injunctive proceedings, professional negligence and
personal injury matters.

Sharon Fagan
Sharon
has been with the firm for in excess of fifteen years. She is a
member of the Institute of Legal Costs Accountants and has a vast
knowledge of all aspects of legal costs. She currently heads our
Circuit Court department, however, in addition has vast experience of
taxing of costs before the Taxing Masters of the
High Court. Sharon
specialises in personal injury costs, debt collection costs, High
Court judicial reviews and has a very broad range of experience of
dealing with all aspects of legal costs having taxed Circuit Court
costs throughout the length and breadth of the country.
